Cyruss Redd Steps Down as Women’s Team Head Coach, Remains on Staff as Assistant

MOSS POINT, MS — July 11, 2025 — The Moss Point High School Soccer Program announces that Cyruss Redd will step down from his position as Head Coach of the Women’s Team after one season. Redd, who originally joined the program as an Assistant Coach in 2023, will continue to serve on staff in that same capacity moving forward.




“Coach Redd has been a valuable part of our program for the past two years, both as an assistant and as head coach,” said Stacey Sawyer, President of Soccer Operations and Booster Club. “His commitment to our student-athletes and passion for the game have helped strengthen the foundation of our Women’s Team. We’re incredibly thankful for his leadership and thrilled that he’s staying on as part of our coaching staff.”

Coach Redd played an integral role in developing the culture and structure of the Women’s Team and will continue contributing to the growth and development of the program in his new role.
